Cinnamon basil

Cinnamon basil prefers a sunny, warm, and sheltered location. It is very heat-loving and sensitive to frost.

The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and well-draining. A slightly acidic to neutral pH (approx. 5.5–6.5) is ideal. The plant requires regular watering, but waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a bushy herb and usually reaches 30 to 60 cm in height.
It is primarily valued as a culinary and spice plant for its sweet and spicy, cinnamon-like aroma.
