Lantana

Lantana prefers a sunny, warm, and sheltered location. It is heat and drought tolerant, but sensitive to frost.

The soil should be loose, sandy to loamy, and well-drained. A neutral to slightly alkaline pH value between approximately 6.0 and 7.5 is ideal; waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a bushy shrub and typically reaches 0.5 to 2 meters in height (taller depending on the variety). It produces small berries, which are poisonous and should not be consumed. It is primarily valued for its long-lasting, color-changing flower clusters.
