Primrose Jasmine

The Primrose Jasmine prefers a sunny to semi-shady, warm, and sheltered location. It is only moderately frost-hardy and is well suited for mild to subtropical regions.

The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and well-drained. A slightly acidic to neutral pH value between approximately 5.5 and 7.0 is ideal; consistent moisture is preferred, but waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a fast-climbing or arching, overhanging shrub and usually reaches 1.5 to 3 meters in height (or more with climbing support). It is primarily valued for its many yellow, spring-blooming flowers.
