Peacock Flower

The Peacock Flower prefers a sunny, warm, and sheltered location in a tropical to subtropical climate. It is sensitive to frost and grows best with plenty of light and warmth.

The soil should be loose, sandy to loamy, and well-draining. A neutral to slightly alkaline pH value between approximately 6.0 and 7.5 is ideal. Waterlogging should be avoided, and dry periods are well tolerated.

The plant grows as a shrub or small tree and usually reaches a height of 2 to 5 meters. It does not produce edible fruits and is primarily valued for its striking, brightly colored flowers.
