Parsley

Parsley prefers a sunny to partially shaded location with consistent moisture. It requires regular watering, with the soil remaining moist but well-drained.

An ideal soil is humus-rich, loose, and nutrient-dense, with a slightly acidic to neutral pH value of about 6.0 to 7.0. Waterlogging should be avoided, as it can damage the roots.

Primarily, the aromatic leaves and stems are used as a versatile culinary herb. Parsley usually reaches a height of about 20 to 40 cm and grows as a biennial herbaceous plant.
