Hydrangea tree

The Hydrangea Tree prefers a full-sun to partial-shade, warm, and sheltered location in a tropical to subtropical climate. It is sensitive to frost and grows best with consistently high warmth.

The soil should be humous, loose, and well-draining. A slightly acidic to neutral pH value between approximately 5.5 and 6.5 is ideal. The plant requires regular moisture but does not tolerate waterlogging.

The plant grows as a large, broadly growing shrub or small tree and usually reaches 3 to 8 meters in height. It is particularly valued for its large, pink to rose-colored, hydrangea-like flower clusters.
