Skyflower

The Skyflower prefers a sunny to semi-shady, warm, and very sheltered location in a tropical to subtropical climate. It is sensitive to frost and requires high humidity for optimal growth.

The soil should be humous, loose, and well-draining. A slightly acidic to neutral pH value between approximately 5.5 and 6.5 is ideal; regular moisture is preferred, but waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a vigorous climbing vine and can reach several meters in height (with sturdy support). It is particularly valued for its striking, pendulous yellow-brown inflorescences.
