Grumixama

Grumixama prefers a sunny to semi-shady, warm, and sheltered location in a tropical to subtropical climate. It is sensitive to frost and requires high humidity.

The soil should be rich in humus, loose, and well-draining. A slightly acidic pH value between approximately 5.5 and 6.5 is ideal, consistent moisture is preferred, and waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a slow-growing tree and usually reaches 3 to 10 meters in height. It typically bears its first fruits after about 4 to 7 years under good conditions.
