Dragon tree

The dragon tree prefers a bright to semi-shady, warm, and sheltered location. It is not frost-hardy and is well-suited as a houseplant or container plant.

The soil should be loose, humus-rich, and well-draining. A slightly acidic to neutral pH value between approximately 6.0 and 7.0 is ideal; consistent but moderate moisture is preferred, and waterlogging should be avoided.

Depending on the species, the plant grows as a shrub or small tree, usually reaching 1 to 5 meters in height. It is primarily valued as an ornamental plant for its decorative foliage.
