Blueberry

Blueberries prefer a sunny to semi-shady location in a temperate to slightly cool climate. They require good humidity and cannot tolerate intense heat for extended periods.

The soil should be very rich in humus, loose, and consistently moist but well-drained. A strongly acidic pH value between approximately 4.0 and 5.5 is crucial for healthy growth.

The plant grows as a shrub and usually reaches a height of 1 to 2.5 meters. It typically bears its first fruits after about 2 to 4 years.
