Ladyfinger banana

The Ladyfinger banana prefers a sunny to semi-shady, warm, and wind-protected location. It is frost-sensitive and grows best in a tropical to subtropical climate.
The soil should be rich in humus, nutrient-dense, and well-drained. A slightly acidic to neutral pH value between approximately 5.5 and 7.0 is ideal, and regular watering is important.
The plant usually reaches a height of 2 to 5 meters and grows relatively quickly. It typically bears its first fruits after about 1.5 to 3 years.
