White bottlebrush

The White Candles plant prefers a semi-shady to shady, warm and very sheltered location in a tropical climate. It is sensitive to frost and requires high humidity.

The soil should be humous, loose and well-draining. A slightly acidic pH value between approximately 5.5 and 6.5 is ideal, consistent moisture is important, and waterlogging should be avoided.

The plant grows as a shrub and usually reaches 1 to 2.5 meters in height. It is primarily valued for its white, candle-like inflorescences.
