Signet Marigold

The Marigold prefers a sunny, warm location with good air circulation. It requires regular watering, with the soil needing to be consistently moist but well-draining.

An ideal soil is loose, rich in humus, and moderately fertile, with a slightly acidic to neutral pH of about 5.5 to 7.0. Waterlogging should be avoided as it can damage the roots.

The plant does not produce edible fruits but rather numerous small flowers in shades of yellow, orange, or red. It typically reaches a height of about 20 to 40 cm and grows as a compact, highly branched ornamental plant.
